I dont want to appear rash,but we've never gotten vaccinations any of the 20+ time we have gone --If they had one for Dingy it would be worth considering(but I dont think they do) My guess is that they could be cheaper there--You could do a search to see what they recommend and how much they cost in UK (they may have a tropical disease clinic)
